Not only do we feed our body during the Reboot, but we also aim to feed the mind. 

Each week on a Monday evening, we grab a cuppa and settle down to listen to our Podcast of the Week, discuss what we have heard, and any questions or comments we may have. 

It is a chance to take a breath, catch up with other Rebooters, learn something new, and remind ourselves and reflect upon why we are doing this Challenge and why it is important.
