Your Weekly Dose of YUM 

This challenge is NOT a diet, but it IS about being mindful about what we put into our bodies and thinking about how what we eat makes us feel.

 

During the Reboot you should think about adding in more Protein and Fibre into your meals, and reducing your Ultra Processed foods.  You are aiming for 30g of protein per meal and 30g of fibre per day.

Often, the reasons we make poor food choices is due to lack of time or availability of nutritious foods.​ Other times we get stuck in a rut with our meal choices and need some fresh inspiration to stop us falling back into old eating habits.  â€‹ To combat this, you will be given 6 delicious recipes each week that are simple to make, and are high in both protein and fibre.

 

So dig in and start enjoying the feeling of eating well and feeling great!
