Beschreibung
This class is a combination of simple boxing moves and bodyweight HIIT exercises designed to work your full body. You don't need to have any prior boxing experience to join us for a free trial, however you do need your own pair of boxing gloves (pads will be provided). The class is high energy and high fun, and I almost guarantee that you will leave delightfully sweaty, with your heart rate high and your arms shaking, already excited for next week's session.
