Holiday Homes

Booking Deposit

Once you make your booking, we will already start preparing for your arrival and so we ask that you make an upfront 50% deposit payment to secure your booking and help us get everything ready for your holiday. If you need to cancel for any reason then please let us know as soon as possible.

Accommodation Occupancy

We appreciate that families come in all different shapes and sizes and we will try to accommodate yours as best we can. The Orchard suite comfortably sleeps 4 people, however additional sofa beds can be made available to sleep up to 8 people. Each sofa bed comes with a surcharge of 30 EUR per bed, for the duration of the booking.

Personal Training Sessions

If you are looking to keep your fitness up during your holiday, and need a little bit of extra motivation or accountability, you can book Personal Training Sessions with a qualified Personal Trainer. These sessions cost 60 EUR per hour and can be arranged during your booking, or upon arrival.

Our Pet Policy

We love our furry friends, and know that sometimes a holiday is just not the same unless they are with us, so we welcome pets at Le Haut Perier for a daily surcharge of 15 EUR. We also know that sometimes accidents happen, and therefore we also ask for a 100 EUR refundable deposit to be returned at the end of your stay assuming your pet was a little angel and there were no mishaps.

Group Fitness Retreats

Deposit & Payment

Once you make your booking, we will already start preparing for the retreat, and so we ask that you make an initial 50% deposit payment to secure your booking. The retreats need a minimum of 6 people to go ahead. Full payment should be made 3 weeks before the start of the retreat.

Transport

You can either fly into Bergerac airport (from the UK or Netherlands) or Bordeaux Airport (from Switzerland). If you fly into Bordeaux, transport from the airport to Le Haut Perier can be arranged for you. Please note this is not included in the cost of the retreat and is approximately 30-40 EUR each way. You can also drive from Switzerland to Bergerac, the journey takes approximately 8-9 hours.

Accommodation

The Orchard Gite has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Additional sofa beds can be made up if required to accommodate a further 2 adults and 2 kids. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The Alpine Suite has 1 bedroom and 1 large bathroom and comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Tea & Coffee facilities are available in the suite. The price of the Retreat is based on 3 nights, however additional nights can be added upon request.

Fitness Sessions

The retreat includes bespoke fitness sessions; depending on your requirements these sessions could include Boxing, Strength, Running, HIIT, Mobility and Deep Release sessions. Each retreat and the type and number of workouts can be designed to suit you and the goals of your group for the weekend. You will also have 24//7 use of the gym and pool facilities during the weekend.

Excursions

In addition to the fitness sessions, the weekend will also include excursions in and around Bergerac. These will be tailored to suit the time of year and also the participants. Activities could include canoeing, bike riding, wine tasting, shopping and markets. These excursions are optional, and are not included in the price of the retreat.
