The best way to kick off the week! We run anywhere between 4km to 7km, stopping along the way for mini bootcamp sets. No session is ever the same; each week we explore new routes & strength sets designed to help increase your running speed, stamina, strength and push you a little bit harder than you would push yourself.  ​ So whether you are a beginner runner looking to start running, or a runner with experience looking to take their running to the next level this series will help you get there.

Cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in the session being forfeited.
