Your Weekly Dose of EXTRA

Weekly Bonus Challenges that provide a little extra (and fun!) push for those who want it. 

Every Monday a Bonus Challenge will be released and you will have 7 days to complete it and earn yourself extra points. 

These bonus challenges are optional, and just for fun, so if you feel that you have enough on your plate with the Daily Challenges, there is no need to take part in this.

Don't get stuck in a recipe rut, select from delicious and nutritious recipes each week that focus on fibre and protein.

WORKOUTS

All you need is 30 minutes per day. So grab your mat, your weights and press play to build your strength one rep at a time.

Every Monday, we will grab a cuppa and settle down to listen to, and then discuss, our weekly podcast.
