The Reboot consists of 6 Challenges that you will be working towards every day, which are aligned with the key pillars of wellness. Every day you will aim to complete each of the challenges, and then tick it off on your Personal Scorecard at the end of each day.
This is the MANDATORY element of the Reboot.

You will receive daily emails from me sharing the Daily On Demand Workout, the Daily Recipe, the Weekly Podcast, and on Monday's, the Weekly Bonus Challenge. Your email also contains a direct link to the Personal Scorecard, so you can easily find it each day. ​Of course, all of this information is also in the Reboot Website too, so it really depends on how you best like to access your information.
How much you take on during the Reboot really depends on you and your goals for the 4 weeks. Less is more, and small consistent steps are the most effective way to have a successful Reboot.

RECIPES
Don't get stuck in a recipe rut, select from delicious and nutritious recipes each week that focus on fibre and protein.
WORKOUTS
All you need is 30 minutes per day. So grab your mat, your weights and press play to build your strength one rep at a time.
PODCASTS
Every Monday, we will grab a cuppa and settle down to listen to, and then discuss, our weekly podcast.

Fancy a little extra challenge? Throughout the Reboot, I will throw out a few (optional) bonus Challenges for you to take on.
