Service Description
Our 8 Week Kids Fitness Program focuses on building running fitness, strength & coordination skills. Each 60 minute session will focus on 3 aspects of fitness: RUNNING: we will work on running style & speed through a series of fun drills and speed sets. STRENGTH: through simple bodyweight movements, we will teach the fundamentals of strength training. AGILITY: our agility drills will help improve fitness, coordination & reflexes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in the session being forfeited.
