RUNCAMP

The best way to kick off the week! We run anywhere between 4km to 7km each week, stopping along the way for mini bootcamp sets. No session is ever the same as we meet at various locations in and around Ägeri as we explore routes & strength sets designed to help increase your running speed, stamina, strength and push you a little bit harder than you would push yourself.  ​ So whether you are a beginner runner looking to start running, or a runner with experience looking to take their running to the next level this series will help you get there.

BOXHIIT

This feel good class is a combination of simple boxing moves and bodyweight HIIT exercises designed to work your full body.   You don't need to have any prior boxing experience to join us for a free trial, however you do need your own pair of boxing gloves (pads will be provided). The class is high energy and high fun, and I almost guarantee that you will leave delightfully sweaty, with your heart rate high and your arms shaking, already excited for next week's session. ​ We meet every Tuesday evening and Friday morning and all fitness levels are welcome.

Having a strong & flexible body, and knowing how to recruit the right muscles during workouts, is key to staying injury free and ensuring longevity in any fitness discipline. ​ In this class we slow it down and work on improving range of motion, promoting good posture, and building strength through the use of both equipment and bodyweight moves. ​ Designed for those who need to add some strength training and focused mobility movement into their weekly workouts. ​ All fitness levels are welcome, and all moves are modified to suit where you are currently at in your fitness journey.
