Join us for our 4 Week Health & Fitness Reboot, designed to help you (re)find your health and fitness mojo, and get you back on track with making healthy lifestyle choices.
I promise you accountability, support & advice, if you promise me energy & commitment. You will choose daily challenges to match your Reboot goals, helping you create a 4 Week Challenge that works for you.
The cost of the Challenge is 250 chf for the full 4 weeks. With 6x workouts per week, individual trainer support, group accountability, recipe ideas, bonus challenges & so much more this is a challenge not to be missed.

WORKOUTS:
5 On Demand Workouts + 1 Live Group Workout per week
Both the On Demand Strength Workouts and the Group Workouts require bodyweight or minimal equipment (DB's and Mini Bands). All workouts can be done anywhere and at any time and at your own pace. Consistency is key, your workouts don't need to be long to be effective!
NUTRITION:
Weekly Recipes & Nutrition Awareness
This is not a diet! We focus on eating nutritious and real food ingredients adding in more protein and fibre, alongside eliminating heavily processed foods. Your daily food diary keeps you accountable and raises awareness of how, what you eat, makes you feel.
ACCOUNTABILITY::
Regular Individual Check In & Group Support
Once the Challenge starts you will never feel alone, as you will be hearing from me very regularly throughout the challenge. Checking in to see how you are doing and to finding out what support you need. The group support will keep you going on the days where you need it most.
