Get FAST, Get STRONG, Get FIT

Our Outdoor 8 Week Kids Fitness Program welcomes kids aged 6-12 who are looking to build running fitness, strength & coordination skills.

 

We train every Wednesday at 16:15 in Ägeri. Each 60 minute session focuses on 3 aspects of fitness:

 

RUNNING; we work on running style & speed through a series of fun drills and speed sets. 

STRENGTH; with simple bodyweight movements, we teach the fundamentals of strength training.  

AGILITY; we introduce fun agility drills to help improve fitness, coordination & reflexes.

The sessions will be led by Personal Trainer & Running Coach, GEMMA and ex-professional Rugby Player, TESSA.

 

Our Winter/Spring Program begins on Wednesday 21 February 2024.  Full program dates for 2024 can be found on the sign up form.

So if you are looking to get your kids active, get them outdoors, and help them improve, or maintain, their fitness while having a lot of fun, then this is the outdoor program for them.

Need to keep the kids active during the holidays? Then why not sign them up for one of our Journey Fitness Kids Holiday Camps. 

​

Get them off their gadgets, get them moving and experiencing how much fun fitness can be! 

​

The camps will focus on a wide variety of fitness skills from running drills, strength moves, ball skills, and so much more, all packaged into games and drills guaranteed to bring a smile to their faces.
