Fitness

Our Kids Fitness Series welcomes kids aged 6-12 who are looking to build running fitness, strength & coordination skills.

 

We train every outdoors, on Wednesday's at 16:15 in Ägeri. 

 

Each 60 minute session focuses on 3 aspects of fitness; Running, Strength & Agility.  We take the kids through drills designed to improve their speed, coordination and strength. all packaged into fun games and activities which keep them moving and smiling through the whole session.

Led by Personal Trainer & Running Coach, GEMMA and ex-professional Rugby Player, TESSA, we combine our experience and skills to bring the kids an action packed. fast paced session which builds their confidence and ability in sports and fitness. 

​

Our next Series will start in February 2025, so if your children are keen to be a part of the fun and games, register your interest below.

Need to keep the kids active during the holidays? Then why not sign them up for one of our Journey Fitness Kids Holiday Camps. 

​

Get them off their gadgets, get them moving and experiencing how much fun fitness can be! 

​

The camps will focus on a wide variety of fitness skills from running drills, strength moves, ball skills, and so much more, all packaged into games and drills guaranteed to bring a smile to their faces.
