workouts
Strength, HIIT & Mobility
STRENGTH WORKOUTS:
Each week you will have access to 5x NEW 20 Minute Strength workout videos to follow along to.
You provide the equipment equipment (mini band and dumbbells) and I will provide the energy, motivation and guidance.

HIIT WORKOUTS:
2x Live HIIT session per week (Weds & Sat at 9am) where we come together and work up a sweat.

WORKOUT LIBRARY ACCESS:
If the 20 minute video just doesn't feel right for you that day, or you fancy a little something different, you can access over 50 other Strength, HIIT or Cardio workouts.
NUTRITION
Food & Hydration Tracking
NUTRITION LOG:
This challenge is not a diet, but an awareness of how what we eat directly affects how we feel and look. Tracking your food can be as simple as writing down what you ate, or you can delve further into your macros and calories. The choice is yours.

HYDRATION LOG:
Water has a huge impact on so many things, and ensuring you stay adequately hydrated throughout the day is key to looking and feeling your best.
MEAL IDEAS:
You will have access to Weekly Meal Ideas and also over 100+ recipes to choose from in our Recipe Library. Meal times will never be boring again.

Motivation & Guidance
GROUP MOTIVATION:
There is nothing more powerful than knowing there are others who are cheering you on, or earning extra points. It can really help inspire you to push that little bit more to achieve your daily goals.
TRAINER GUIDANCE & SUPPORT:
I will be your biggest cheerleader, and also your biggest nag. You can reach out if you have a question, need a boost, and you will never have to wait more than 48 hours to hear from me!
REBOOT APP ACCESS:
Everything is at your finger tips, the app makes it a seamless challenge, and submitting your Scorecards at the end of a day is such a pleasure (and a big endorphin hit, when you achieve all your daily goals!)
