The cost of the 10 Week series is 280 chf per child.

Once your form has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with details of how to make the payment to secure your child's place.

PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT: I give consent to the use of pictures of my child to be posted on the Journey Fitness Website and/or Social Media Accounts for advertising purposes

LIABILITY RELEASE: I am aware that participation in the Journey Fitness Kids Program has some element of risk and (minor) injuries could occur. In consideration of my child’s participation in the program, I, the Parent/Guardian, understand the risks involved and release Journey Fitness & its' associates from any associated liability.

MEDICAL RELEASE: In the event of an emergency, and in situations where I cannot be immediately contacted, I, the Parent/Guardian, authorise Journey Fitness to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for my child's immediate care.
