Join Nutritionist Symone & Menopause Fitness Coach Gemma ​for a two half day workshop on navigating your way through the Menopause journey.
This foundational course helps break down all the "noise" surrounding Perimenopause and Menopause, and provides you with practical and easy to use tips on eating and training during this new chapter of your life. ​​​​​​​

So, if you are confused by what is happening to your body, feel overwhelmed with all the information out there, and just don't know where to start, this course is for you.

We will discuss the HOW, WHAT & WHEN of Menopause Nutrition & Fitness, covering topics such as the Gut Microbiome, Blood Sugar Levels, plus introduce you to Training & Recovery Strategies designed to meet your body where it is at, and allow you to feel your best.

You will leave with a toolkit of information and advice, and most importantly a personalised action plan to help you to maximise your health and wellness in this next chapter of your life.

The workshop takes place on 5th & 6th April 2025 from 09:00 - 13:00 each day. The full cost of the workshop is 300chf for the 2 days.
