Reboot workouts

Your Daily Dose of STRONG

Whether you decide to do the Reboot Dailies or the On Demand Videos, this page is where you come to to build your strength.  

The Dailies take just 4 minutes per set and don't need any equipment, and the On Demand Videos will be done and dusted in 30 minutes.  Working out does not need to be complicated, or take a lot of time, and during the Reboot, you never need to decide what to do, it is already decided for you and so all you need to do is hit the mat and go. 

REBOOT daillies 

Consistency is everything when you are trying to build strength and muscle. Complete the Reboot Dailies each and every day to see your strength grow. You don't need any equipment so they are perfect when you are short on time, or you don't have access to any weights. 

Complete as many reps as you can in 60s, making sure you are not compromising your form.

Make a note of how many you do and watch your reps increase as you get stronger. 

Do all 3 sets and it will count as your workout point for the day.

on demand workouts

From Monday to Saturday the Reboot provides you with daily on demand workouts to help build strength and endurance. These workouts are optional, however they do count as your workout challenge for the day, and have been designed to be quick and effective.

 

Each workout starts with a 1 Minute Mobility warm up to prep your body for what is about to come, and ends with a cheeky Core Finisher. At just 25-30 minutes long, they are perfect to fit into a busy day, and the only equipment you need is a set of Dumbbells and a Mini Band, no fancy gyms or equipment is needed, just a strong mindset and a laptop!

RECIPES

WORKOUTS

All you need is 30 minutes per day. So grab your mat, your weights and press play to build your strength one rep at a time.
