the Reboot Challenge

The Reboot consists of 6 Challenges that you are working towards every day, designed based around the key pillars of wellness. 

Each day you will aim to complete each challenge and then tick it off on your Personal Scorecard.

How much you take on really depends on you and your goals for the Reboot. Less is more and small consistent steps are the most effective way to have a successful Reboot. In addition to the above, I will be working alongside you (pretty much daily) to keep you accountable and on track with your Reboot Goals.
